Well it looks like the Supreme Court will be back in session tommorow. Hopefully they will get right down to business with issues that are on the top of the heap. Important cases on the environment, the size of jury awards, prison sentences and immigrants also all on the calendar, along with a heavier-than-usual dose of business cases. Should make for interesting commentary.
